We collect the following information when you use HoneyBulls: Account information: Full name and email address provided when registering through Clerk. If you register via a social authentication provider (Google, etc.), we obtain the data that provider shares with us. Assessment responses: The answers you provide in our investment profile questionnaire, including your experience, goals, and risk tolerance. Payment information: When you purchase a paid membership, Stripe processes your credit or debit card information. HoneyBulls never directly stores full card numbers, expiration dates, or security codes. We only store Stripe customer and subscription identifiers. Usage data: Information about how you interact with the Platform, including pages visited, content viewed, and session duration, collected automatically through server logs.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information for the following purposes: • Service delivery: Create and manage your account, personalize your educational experience based on your investment profile, and provide access to content corresponding to your membership level. • Payment processing: Manage subscriptions, renewals, cancellations, and refunds through Stripe. • Communications: Send you account confirmations, subscription updates, and service-related communications. With your consent, we may also send you educational content and platform updates. • Service improvement: Analyze aggregated and anonymized usage patterns to improve the Platform's content and experience. • Legal compliance: Respond to legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
3. Third Parties with Access to Your Data
We work with trusted service providers who may access your data only to the extent necessary to deliver their services: Clerk (authentication): Manages login, registration, and account security. Their privacy policies apply to authentication data. Stripe (payments): Securely processes all membership payments. Stripe is PCI DSS Level 1 certified. Their privacy policies apply to payment information. Vercel (infrastructure): Hosts the Platform and may temporarily process network request data as part of service delivery. Neon (database): Stores profile and subscription data in encrypted form. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
HoneyBulls uses cookies and similar technologies for the proper functioning of the Platform: Essential cookies: Required for session authentication and basic Platform functionality. They cannot be disabled. Analytical cookies: Help us understand how users interact with the Platform to improve the experience. You may opt out by adjusting your browser settings. You can control cookie usage through your browser settings. Please note that disabling certain cookies may affect Platform functionality.
5. Your Rights
